My friends!

Just wanted to share a couple of ongoing projects I’ve been working on.

In both cases, it’s me, highly caffeinated, in possession of a delicate can-do attitude, hurling good mojo in the general direction of where I perceive the strike zone to be.

Life As Music is a series where I challenge myself to pay closer attention to the world around me and create art from simple things. I’ve been digging through tour footage, photos, and recent travels, plus collaborations with visual artists, and writing music inspired by them. It’s become a kind of sonic journal and a fun way to dig deeper into what I’m endeavoring to discover and share.

Sketches & Daydreams is similar, but here the music comes first and inspires the visuals. I’ve been writing a ton lately - random little bursts of really whatever - and this series gives those ideas a place to breathe and sort of find their hearts.
