I’m trying my best to relax on this off day, and I’m really enjoying Tim Ferriss’s podcast with Naval Ravikant, CEO and co-founder of AngelList. 

You, like me, probably have little to no interest in startups or investing, but this episode’s really about the habits and philosophies of a highly successful and, most importantly, happy person. 

It’s an illuminating and thoroughly refreshing conversation.
